By downloading or using Quelmo Player ("the app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The app is a media player only

Quelmo Player plays media from sources that you add yourself, such as M3U / M3U8 playlists and Xtream Codes accounts. The app does not include, provide, sell or recommend any channels, playlists or content, and we are not affiliated with any content provider.

2. Your responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the playlists and content you add and play.
• You must only use playlists and content you are legally authorized to access, and respect the copyright and other rights of content owners.
• You must not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

3. Third-party services

Streams, EPG data, logos and posters are delivered by third-party servers that you choose. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, quality, legality or content.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except where permitted by law.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every playlist, stream format or device.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use of the app or of content obtained from third parties.

7. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
